For Authors and Presenters
Submission and Publications
Submissions to ICLO are made only through the online submission system. Each submission consists of two parts:
1) (mandatory) 250-word technical abstract subject to the double-blind peer-review and selection by the Program Committee;
2) (optional) 1-page PDF summary intended for inclusion into the ICLO proceedings subject to the single-blind peer-review and selection by the Program Committee. 1-page PDF summary must be prepared “camera-ready” according to the IEEE template requirements and submitted only alongside a corresponding 250-word abstract.
Download templates for 1-page PDF summaries:
1-page PDF summaries of all accepted peer-reviewed abstracts may be eligible for inclusion into the IEEE Xplore Digital Library under the condition they meet IEEE template requirements and pass CrossCheck (https://www.ieee.org/publications/rights/cross-check-main.html).
Transfer of Copyright
Please note that the authors must provide a transfer of copyright through the IEEE electronic copyright form (eCF) implemented into the online submission system for publication.
